SIP/I.O Taj Muhammad of P.S, Bakapur-Larkana is present and submits that he has recorded statement of petitioner No.1 who has reiterated her freewill marriage with petitioner No.2 and therefore he will file a report before the concerned Magistrate disposing of the case under C-class. The Magistrate is directed to pass an appropriate order on such report within 15-days and dispose of the case, as recommended.
