Learned counsel for respondent No.2 has filed a statement alongwith a notification and submits that the subject property was declared as Evacuee Trust Property in 1963. On the other hand, claim of the petitioners is based on sub leases duly registered. Be that as it may, till objections are filed by respondents including Evacuee Trust Property Board and appreciated, no coercive action shall be taken against petitioners and subject property be de-sealed.
