Background of the Case:
The petitioner filed a suit (F.C. Suit No. 327/2023) seeking a declaration and injunction regarding a property gifted by his father (respondent No. 4) via an oral gift deed dated 08.10.2007.
The petitioner alleged that the property was wrongfully leased to respondent No. 4, who subsequently canceled the allotment in his favor. The petitioner sought a declaration of ownership and an injunction preventing any further transfer or alienation of the property.
