Summary:
PITAC being government owned and controlled entity and its Rules and Regulations also framed by the Federal Government, Constitutional Petition in respect of the service matters of PITAC is maintainable.
The petitioner challenged the transfer order dated 05.03.2022, which transferred him from the post of Deputy Director (Marketing) BPS-18 Lahore to PITAC Regional Centre, Quetta, in compliance with the Ministry of Industries and Production's directives.
