Background:
Petitioner's Experience: The case originates from an incident on June 3, 2024, where the petitioner, Advocate Adnan Mughal, experienced mistreatment and disrespect while seeking medical assistance at the District Headquarters Hospital, Rawalpindi. He alleges he was not properly attended to, despite identifying himself as a practicing advocate.
Constitutional Rights Claim: The petitioner contends that this mistreatment violated his fundamental rights guaranteed under Articles 9 (Right to life), 14 (Right to dignity of man), and 25 (Equality before law) of the Constitution of Pakistan.
