Summary of OrderThe petitioner has received a show cause notice regarding disputed duties and taxes, and the adjudication is still pending with the concerned Collectorate.The petitioner requests an interim order for the release of the consignment while being willing to secure the disputed amount of duties and taxes.The court directed the petitioner to deposit the disputed duties and taxes directly with the department.For any potential fine that may be imposed, the petitioner is required to provide a pay order or bank guarantee in accordance with SRO No. 499(I)/2009.
