SUMMARY
The court dismissed a petition challenging the imposition of Infrastructure Cess. Both parties acknowledged that the matter was already decided in the case of Ibrahim Fibres Ltd. vs. Province of Sindh and others (C.P.D 3309 of 2011, judgment dated 04.06.2021). The petitioner was granted the liberty to seek appellate remedies, similar to other affected parties. The petition was dismissed accordingly.
