DECISION This appeal has been filed under section 11 of the Industrial Relations Ordinance against the order of the Labour Court cancelling the registration of the Union. 2. The Union had violated the provisions of section 21, I. R. O. of 1969 read with Rule 10 of the Industrial Relations (Sind) Rules, 1973 for the non-submission of the return on the prescribed form for the year 1974. 3.
