Section 158B of the Income-tax Act, 1961 - Block assessment in search cases - Undisclosed income - Block period 1-4-1990 to 19-3-2001 - A search was carried out in premises of assessee and several documents were recovered relating to loans totalling Rs. 43,86,325 which, according to revenue were not disclosed by assessee - Commissioner (Appeals) as well as Tribunal had concurrently found that loans were disclosed by assessee not only in audit reports and balance-sheets but were also mentioned in regular returns of income for assessment years 1992-93 to 1997-98 with assessee giving details of names, addresses and amount of loan from each depositor and under those circumstances, it could hardly be said that loans were not disclosed - Whether there was no reason to differ with concurrent finding of fact given by both authorities - Held, yes R.D.
