Criminal Procedure Code, 1898 (V of 1898)-- ----S. 498--Pakistan Penal Code, (XLV of 1860), Ss. 420, 467, 468, 471, 109 & 409--Pre-arrest bail--Confirmation of--Complainant stole two cheques of complainant detail of which is given in FIR and after affixing fake signatures of complainant lady with connivance of present petitioner and one who are bank officers were got encashed--Prima facie story narrated in FIR is not believable--It does not appeal to mind that petitioner who is bank official just for sake of small amount of Rs. 50,000/- and 60,000/- will make his respectable job at stake--Complainant of case appeared in person ant stated that she has no objection, if ad-interim pre-arrest bail granted to petitioner is confirmed--Pre-arrest bail confirmed.
