THIS ORDER PASSED BY: SHAHID MASOOD MANZAR, JUDICIAL MEMBER:---.--- Through this miscellaneous application, the applicant has sought for extension in stay. The applicant has availed total 80 days of stay vide order(s) as under:- i) MA (Stay) No. 72 to 74/IB/2017 dated 24.01.201 7 (40 days) ii) MA (Stay) Ext Nos.252 to 254/IB/201 7 dated 07.03.201 7 (40 days) 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the appeals are pending before this Tribunal for adjudication and the Department is pressing hard for payment of outstanding demand. He further submitted that the applicant has prima facie arguable case. Accordingly, he prayed that the stay may kindly be granted till the decision of appeal. 3.
