THIS ORDER PASSED BY: SHAHID MASOOD MANZAR, JUDICIAL MEMBER:---.--- Through this Miscellaneous application the applicant has requested for grant of stay against the recovery of sales tax demand till the decision of the main appeal which is pending before this Tribunal for adjudication. 2. Learned counsel contended that main appeal is pending before this Tribunal for adjudication. He further contended that the applicant has prima facie case. He stated that it is apprehension that the Department would press for recovery of sales tax demand. Accordingly, learned A.R prayed that stay against the recovery of sales tax demand may please be granted till the decision of main appeal.
