THIS ORDER PASSED BY: SHAHID MASOOD MANZAR, JUDICIAL MEMBER:---.--- Through this miscellaneous application, the applicant has approached this Tribunal for grant of stay against the impugned recovery proceedings initiated by the Department. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the matter is pending before this Tribunal for hearing and the Department is pressing hard for recovery of impugned dues. He further submitted that the applicant has prima facie arguable case. Accordingly, he prayed that the stay may kindly be granted till the decision of appeals. 3.
