Criminal Procedure Code, 1898 (V of 1898)---- --------S. 497(2)----Pakistan Penal Code, (XLV of 1860), Ss. 376/371-A, B/496-A----Bail, grant of----Further inquiry----There is delay of about three months in lodging FIR without plausible explanation on part of prosecution----Accused was ex-wife of complainant and abductee was her real daughter----According to MLC of alleged abductee, no mark of violence was seen on any part of body----Co-accused of petitioner had been granted bail in light of statements of complainant und alleged victim who were exonerated by them----Petitioner was behind bars----She being woman, her case is on better footing than case of her co-accused, having been granted bail----Guilt of petitioner also needs further probe and her case calls for further inquiry----Petition was allowed.
