Control of Narcotic Substances Act, 1997 (XXV of 1997)-- ----S. 9(c)--Bail after arrest--Grant of--Allegation of--Recovery of charas--Petitioner having polythese bag in his right hand containing charas 2025 grams--Petitioner is minor and produced photocopy of B-Form of NADRA, who is hardly 12 years of age--He has no antecedent of such like criminal record since, his arrest from last two months--Bail is allowed.
