O R D E R MASOOD AKHTAR SHAHEEDI (Accountant Member): The titled miscellaneous application has been filed by the applicant/registered person seeking compliance of the stay order dated 18.05.2017 issued bv this Tribunal. 2. The learned AR for the applicant has submitted that this Tribunal vide above-mentioned stay order has suspended the operation of the impugned order 2559/J dated 09.05.2017 by directing the Revenue to restore the sales tax registration of the appellant as well as restrain from taking any coercive measures as well as interfering in the business activities of the applicant in any manner during the validity of interim relief. He contended that in view of the clear directions of the Tribunal the sales tax registration of the applicant has not yet been restored and willfully/deliberately defied the order of the Tribunal but in fact has further taken coercive measures and interfered in the business activities of the applicant by withdrawing the exemption dated 31.08.2016 granted in terms of order dated 25.05.2016. He claimed that flagrant refusal of the CIR to comply/obey the directions of this Tribunal rendered the decision of the Tribunal to nullity and usurpation of the rights of the petitioner.
