Petitioner has impugned amendments brought about in SRO 660(I)/2007 dated 30-06-2007, as amended by SRO 98(I)/2013 dated 14-02-2013, as well as, SRO 505/2013 dated 12-06-2013. 2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner points out that in identical matters including W.P. No. 17745/2013; W.P. No. 5011/2013 and W.P. no. 17639/2013 notices have already been issued and interim relief is also granted and now the cases are fixed for 26-09-2013 before my learned brother Syed Mansoor Ali Shah, J. 3.
