West Pakistan Land Revenue Act (XVU of 1967)-------Ss. 45 & 164---Correction of entries in Revenue Record---Total area of land in question was allotted to two allottees respectively---Total land was exhausted, but in two entries in Register R.L.II additional area was created and said additional area, which in fact did not exist, was allotted to predecessors-in-interest of the petitioner---On application of successor-in-­interest of allottee of land, Authorities corrected entries of Revenue Record---Additional area created in Register R.L.II factually being non­existent, Authorities rightly ordered for correction of Revenue Record as fictitious entries could not be allowed to stay in the revenue documents. ORDER In the Register Haqdaran Zamin 1959-60, the ownership of Khasra No. 1503 measuring 88 Kanals, 2 Marlas vested in the Central Government. Out of this Khasra number, Muhammad Yahya was allotted 68 Kanals, 2 Marlas vide Serial No. 10 RL-11 on 10th February, 1962. The remaining 20 Kanals was allotted to Abdul Majeed Abbasi vide Serial' No.14 of RL-11 in 1962. Khasra No. 1503 was thus bifurcated; 1503/2 mutated in favour of Muhammad Yahya and 1503/1 came to the lot of Abdul Majeed Abbasi. 2. Vide Entry No.27 of R.L.-II, the Khasra No.1503/3 measuring 28 Kanals was created and shown to have been allotted to one Piran Ditta son of Raheem 'Bakhsh on 22nd May, 1963. While another Entry No.34 was made in R.L.-II showing that Khasra No.1503/1 to have been allotted to one Abdul Aziz son of Qadir Bakhsh for an area of 12 Kanals, 1 Marla. The entries at Serial Nos.27 and 34 of Register R.L.-II thus, manufactured additional area of 40 Kanals and 1 Marla in Khasra No.1503 which had a total area of 88 Kanals, 2 Marlas.
