JUDGMENT In the present case respondent No.2, Muslim Commercial Bank Limited, filed a suit for recovery of money against the petitioner and respondent No.3, which was decreed by the Banking Tribunal on 23-11 1992. The common ground between the parties is that this judgment was not appealed against nor challenged till the year 1993 when the petitioner filed a writ petition which came up for hearing alongwith a number of cases before the Full Bench of this Court, which vide judgment dated 21 7 1996 M/s.
