JUDGMENT SALAHUDDIN AHMED, J.-The dispute is over two godowns, which were found by , the Settlement Commissioner exercising powers of the Chief Settlement Commissioner to be not appurtenant to and having no connection at all with the shops allotted to the petitioners.
