SIDHWA   Senior Judge   [10th January 1981]   The Additional Advocate-General, the President of the Rawalpindi District Bar Association, Respected Members of the Bar and the Judiciary :   All glory to Almighty Allah and His Holy Prophet Muhammad (may peace be upon him) and his Holy Companions and Perfect Souls.   In the name of Allah, the Merciful and :Beneficent, and in the name of the Holy Prophet Muhan-,mad (may peace be upon him) I have much pleasure in announcing the opening of the Rawalpindi Bench of the Lahore High Court.   The need for a Bench of the Lahore High Count operating permanently. at Rawalpadi was felt for rnany years. Consistent efforts ..were made by the Rawalpindi District Bar Association in this respect. Today their efforts have bcen crowned with success.
